Cape Girardeau police report 3/22/15

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Shonzae L. Bellamy, 28, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 13, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for expired license.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and domestic assault.
• Antonio Garritano III, 25, 601 North St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and domestic assault.
• Derrik Fox, 29, Rural Route 5 Box 527 E, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay fines and suspended license.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

• Benjamin R. Davis, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing.
• Shonzae L. Bellamy, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no license, license plates registered to another vehicle, no insurance and improper right turn.
• Monroe S. LeGrand, no age given, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported at 547 Olive St.

Thefts

• Items were reported stolen at 13 Doctors' Park, and were later found.
• Medication was reported stolen at 410 Louis St.
• Money was reported stolen at 1000 Silver Springs Road.
• A cellphone was reported stolen.
• A ring was reported stolen from a vehicle on North Main Street.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Assault was reported at 925 S. Ellis St.
• Assault was reported at 337 S. Spring Ave.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 1022 S. Benton St.
• A vehicle and house were reported damaged at 786 West Rodney Drive.
• A vehicle window was reported damaged at 2425 Lynnwood Drive.
• A vehicle was reported damaged at 1726 Dunklin St.
