The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Dakota L. Wilkinson, 22, 115 McKenna Drive, was arrested on a Leadwood, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Donald J. Young III, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and possession of a controlled substance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana.

* Leonard McAdory Jr., 39, 1005 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for drug paraphernalia.

* Zachary Austin Fann, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation and parole violation.

* Francine Melvina Jeanne Ford, 34. 1500 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts (noise).

Summonses

* Gary A. Rhynes, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.

* Barbara J. Hill, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane of traffic.

* Anthony L. Bailey, no age given, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for improper passing.

* Willie L. Harris, no age given, 401 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Kurt A. Fellows, no age given, 401 N. Hills Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield and seat belt violation.

* Angela S. Lintner, no age given, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for improper lane usage.
