The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Dakota L. Wilkinson, 22, 115 McKenna Drive, was arrested on a Leadwood, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Donald J. Young III, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and possession of a controlled substance.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana.
* Leonard McAdory Jr., 39, 1005 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for drug paraphernalia.
* Zachary Austin Fann, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation and parole violation.
* Francine Melvina Jeanne Ford, 34. 1500 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts (noise).
* Gary A. Rhynes, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.
* Barbara J. Hill, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane of traffic.
* Anthony L. Bailey, no age given, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for improper passing.
* Willie L. Harris, no age given, 401 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Kurt A. Fellows, no age given, 401 N. Hills Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield and seat belt violation.
* Angela S. Lintner, no age given, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for improper lane usage.
Burglaries
* Community Day School, 1912 Broadway, reported a window screen damaged and the theft of a cellphone, charger and money.
* A basement door was reported damaged at 1824 N. Main St.
Theft
* Medication was reported stolen on Mimosa Street.
* A television was reported stolen at 2825 Bloomfield Road.
* Dollar Store, 64 S. Plaza Way, reported clothing stolen.
* A GPS, camera and a checkbook were reported stolen at 2011 N. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* A convertible top was reported damaged at 417 Marroseann Drive.
Assault
* Assault and armed criminal action were reported.
Miscellaneous
* Service was requested.
* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Service was requested.
