CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of sexual misconduct, false impersonation of a law enforcement officer and possession of marijuana.

* Bruce Wayne Hayden, 33, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a stop sign violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Walter E. Diebold, no age given, 2533 Meadow Lane, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Charles R. Murray, no age given, of Piedmont, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Norma J. Mungle, no age given, 1430 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for failure to keep private property free of litter.

* Mist D. Morris, 39, 1521 Whitener St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain a vicious animal.

* Anthony H. Tucker, 56, 530 S. Middle St., was issued two summons for failure to maintain property.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
