Arrests

* Three suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing clothing at Kohl's Department Store, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Corey M. Thomas, 22, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Donald Alexander Gandt, 20, of Brownwood, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Sierra K. Prater, no age given, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.

* Amy Jo Stoffregen, 33, and Charles Woodrow Rhymer, 32, both of 635 Charles St., each was issued a summons for nuisance declared.

Assaults
