The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Kenneth W. Tucker Jr., 28, of Sand Springs, Okla., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Brandon M. Gross, 22, of Wildwood, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, assaulting a police officer and driving a vehicle in a front yard.
* Charles Jack Green, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Sheraton M. Lockeridge, 23, 324 S. Middle St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license and failure to appear for prohibited acts/noise disturbance.
* Daniela D. Johnson, 22, 439 S. Sprigg St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and trespassing.
* Carmen R. Hill, 39, 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Chrystal Lynn Harris, 20, 604 Hazel St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of narcotic equipment and failure to appear on a Festus, Mo., warrant for traffic violations.
* Andrew C. Wolk, 26, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Michael G. Menz, 47, of Perkins, Mo., was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.
* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
* Burglary, the theft of a laptop computer and damage to a door were reported at 121 S. Lorimier St.
* Theft of medication was reported at 777 N. Main St.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Theft of money was reported at 141 N. Silver Springs Road.
* Theft of a backpack was reported at 3093 William St.
* Theft of a briefcase was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Theft of cable wire was reported at 1836 Cemetery St.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft.
* Forgery was reported.
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* Detention of a mentally disordered person was reported.
