CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Michelle R. Carter, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at 1750 N. Kingshighway.

Arrest

• Richard E. Geiger, 42, of San Marcos, Texas, was arrested at Kingshighway and Shawnee Parkway on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

• Natausha L. Owens, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• Ronald W. Tallon, 69, of Altenburg, Missouri, was issued a summons for animal abuse at 801 Hickory St.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported in the 1300 block of Butler Street.
• Assault was reported in the 800 block of Illinois Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 301 S. West End Blvd.
• Property damage was reported at 424 S. Missouri Ave.
• Property damage was reported at 1101 William St.

Miscellaneous

• Trespassing and property damage were reported at 7 Village Drive.
• Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Broadview Street.
• Affray was reported at 1800 Broadway.
• Request for service was reported at 546 S. Sprigg St.
• Quality Car Wash, 2418 Bloomfield Road, reported illegal dumping.
• A report was made at William and South Benton streets.
• An animal bite was reported at 1457 N. Main St.
