The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Jose R. Gutierrez-Obregon, 31, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to have a license and no insurance.
  • Khaled S. Alrasheed, 30, 1326 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving without a valid license, failure to drive on the right side of roadway.
  • Abdullah S. Aloraini, 27, 1822 Dunklin St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

  • Kristy L. Burton, 37, 13 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Lucas E. Kaelin, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
  • Tavis M. Betts, 37, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection.

  • Avery D. Hurt, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.
  • Cortney L. Farrow, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.
