DWIs

* Terri J. Jones, 50, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Kacey D. Romans, 26, 1000 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation.

* Tara L. Labeff, 18, 1032 West Mount Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Rachel J. Bierschwal, 18, 2517 Singing Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Eric L. Thomas, 33, 1226 Harmony St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of assault of a law enforcement officer and possession of marijuana.

* Sheri M. Jackson, 35, 1015 Bloomfield Road, No. 105, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant on suspicion of bad checks.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of prohibited acts/noises.

* Douglas A. Medlin, 19, 1527 New Madrid St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for burglary and theft.

* Breonne N. Johnson, 19, 1427 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Terrance L. Murray, 40, 156 S. Minnesota Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault, a Webster County, Mo., warrant for driving while intoxicated and on suspicion of violation of the order of protection.
