* Rodney J. Harris, 618 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on a warrant.
* Kylena J. Fleming, 324 Bellevue St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Child abuse was reported.

* A vehicle door and window were reported damaged at Jefferson and Sprigg streets.
