The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Brittney N. Cook, 30, 3926 Valley View Lane, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Zechariah James, 35, 3030 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Thomas M. Haynes, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Donald A. Gandt, 20, of Brownwood, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Lloyd W. Shaver, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Hailey A. Wipfler, 24, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Mixing 10, 2 N. Main St., reported accidental damage to windows.
* A tire was reported slashed at 548 N. Middle St.
* El Acapulco, 202 S. Mount Auburn Road, reported food items stolen.
* Burglary, a damaged television and a stolen key were reported at 515 Cape Meadows Circle.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Animal cruelty was reported.
* Request for service was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* Request for service was reported.
* Peace disturbance was reported at 922 Good Hope St.
