The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Brett Dieffenbach, no age given, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jerry Pace, 42, 704 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault and a traffic offense.
* Two boys were cited into juvenile court for burglary.
* A 15-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for false declaration.
* Dewayne Sweary, 47, 533 County Road 325, was arrested on a Cole County warrant for insufficient funds.
* Kara Smollen, no age given, 373 Old Route V, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Donald Grandt, 20, of Brownwood, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while suspended, no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, false declaration and improper registration.
* Joseph Brock, 31, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
* Matthew Aldrich, 36, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
* Joseph Renicke, 49, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
* Dewayne Sweary, 47, 533 County Road 325, was issued a summons driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within lines.
* Cameron Borders, 38, 1570 Princeton Drive, was issued a summons for open container.
* Sasha Chatman, no age given, 28 N. Pind Wood Lane, was issued a summons for following too closely, no driver's license and no insurance.
* Kohl's Department Store, 315 Shirley Drive, reported clothing stolen.
* Electronics were reported stolen at 1400 West End Blvd.
* Burglary was reported at 336 N. Park Ave.
* Pear Tree Inn, 3248 William St., reported damage to a room.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 210 S. Broadview St.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
* Request for service was reported.
