The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lee Andrew Ayers, 52, of Mesquite, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jimmy Charles White, 49, 227 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Frank James Allen, 48, 1018 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Michael Grady Baker, 53, of St. Louis was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for a nonmoving traffic violation.

* Jordan Shai Courtois, 20, 441 State Highway D, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Adam B. Moore, 25, 3825 Eagle Ridge Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for conspiracy to distribute marijuana.

Thefts

* A trailer was reported stolen at 840 S. Kingshighway.

* Money was reported stolen at 431 S. West End Blvd.

* An Xbox, TV, assorted games and money were reported stolen at 1126 N. Spanish St.

* Jewelry and money were reported stolen at 429 N. Frederick St.

* Money and cigarettes were reported stolen at 1118 Cousin St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Missouri license plates were reported stolen.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 616 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of marijuana was reported.
