The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Michael D. Johnson, 34, 1018 Village Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Andrew R. McClendon, 29, 1127 William St., was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of marijuana, failure to appear for theft, failure to appear for receiving stolen property, failure to appear for improper registration and driving while revoked.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of harassment.
* Tanisha M. Richie, 27, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
* Billy R. O'Kelly III, 22, 1804 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for no proof of insurance and on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear for a non-moving traffic violation.
* Christopher S. Babb, no age given, 1720 Independence St., was issued a summons for improper registration and following too close.
* Cory R. Rufus, no age given, of Manchester, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to stop for a stop sign.
* Angela M. Meyer, no age given, 2505 Albert Rasche Drive, was issued a summons for striking a lawfully parked vehicle.
* Crystal A. Cashion, no age given, of Farmington, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
* Christopher S. Smith, 24, 515 Cape Meadows Circle, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
* Assault was reported.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, possession of marijuana and harassment.
* Burglary was reported at 1305 Broadway.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Theft of a cellphone was reported at Cape Career and Technology Center, 1080 S. Silver Springs Road.
* Theft of medication was reported at 2023 Woodland Hills Drive.
* Theft of money was reported at 439 Louisiana Ave.
* Theft of a girl's mountain bike was reported at North Spring Avenue.
* A 16-year-old girl was reported as a runaway.
* A 48-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Forgery was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 907 Big Bend Road.
* Statutory sodomy was reported.
* A 15-year-old girl was reported as missing or runaway.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
