The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Destany J. Hale, 26, 618 North St., Apt. 302, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
* Ben H. Robinson, 19, of Illinois, was arrested for resisting arrest.
* Nichole E. Mather, 22, 1929 Delwin St., Apt. 1, was arrested for prohibited acts.
* Donald M. Ganim II, 40, 729 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to keep property free of litter.
* Brichardii L. Lee, 19, 708 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two probation violations.
* David Roundtree-Bey, 47, 1106 Broadway, received a summons for prohibited acts/noises.
* Rape was reported.
* Domestic assault and burglary were reported.
* An assault was reported at 531 Cape Meadows Drive.
* An assault was reported at 254 S. Silver Springs Road.
* A stereo and DVD player were stolen from a vehicle at 2043 Beth Drive.
* An iPhone was reported stolen on North Fountain Street.
* BiState, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Clothing, a tiara, jewelry, a couch, bed, microwave, TV trays, sheets and blankets were reported stolen at 902 N. West End Blvd.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported fuel stolen.
* A laptop and an Xbox were reported stolen at 2101 Brink St.
* Stealing and receiving stolen property were reported.
* Stealing and tampering with computer data were reported at 1335 Amblewood Drive.
* A TV, Wii, Xbox games, CDs, firearms, jewelry and other items were reported stolen at 517 Minnesota Ave.
* Aluminum wire was reported stolen at 2640 Cobblestone Court.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101,1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Money was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1428 Independence St.
* Concord Publishing, 430 Broadway, reported a window broken.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 508 Cape Meadows Drive.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.
* An order of protection was reported violated.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* Receiving stolen property was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* A peace disturbance was reported at 40 S. Frederick St.
* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 26-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A 58-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

DWIs
* Phillip A. Westrich, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Keith A. Fischer, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Victor F. Medina, 50, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Bobby J. Patterson, 33, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license and failure to display license plates on a vehicle.
* Jacob B. Steinmeyer, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of a roadway and possession of marijuana.
