The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Tia A. Bell, 34, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Lawrence V. Wesley Jr., 50, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
* Hannah L. Graham, 31, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a synthetic narcotic and possession of methamphetamine.
* Kacey D. Romans, 26, 1005 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for forgery and on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation.
* Debra A. Minor, 59, 121 East Rodney Drive, Apt. G5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for forgery.
* Lacy E. Deevers, 30, 1127 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
* Napolean A. Cornelius Jr., 15, 1116 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
* Shawn A. Hammock, 22, of Jackson was arrested on a three Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation, failure to appear for expired license plates and failure to appear for improper registration.
* Kimber L. Miller, 40, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Joseph E. Cresto, no age given, of Cobden, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.
* Assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and possession of marijuana.
* Theft of truck keys was reported at 812 Good Hope St.
* Bi State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Property damage was reported at 315 S. Middle St.
* Violation of education requirement for a child was reported.
* Violation of education requirement for a child was reported.
* Violation of education requirement for a child was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* A 16-year-old girl was reported as a runaway.
* A 33-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance at 306 Independence Street.
The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items.
* Domestic assault was reported at 401 Washington St.
* Theft of cash, keys and a blue bank bag were reported at Houck Fieldhouse.
* Theft of a wallet and debit cards were reported at Student Recreation Center North.
* Theft of a Samsung Galaxy S2 was reported at Student Recreation Center North
