The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Angela B. Cox, 50, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at 1861 S. Pacific St.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing copper wire at EVTV Moter Werks, 601 Morgan Oak St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon at Caruthers and Spring avenues.
  • Brian S. Perry, 50, 541 Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Adria L. Robinson, 24, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested at 45 S. West End Blvd. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Keyman M. Lane, 21, 509 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

Summonses

  • Dedrick V. Williams, 32, of Cairo, Illinois, was issued a summons for assault at William Street and North Kingshighway.
  • Ryan n. Curey, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required.

Burglaries

  • Burglary and theft of assorted household goods were reported at 224 N. Park Ave.
  • Burglary and theft of copper wire, tools, batteries and a hunting bow were reported at 2845 Themis St.

Thefts

  • Alcohol was reported stolen at CVS Pharmacy, 2161 William St.
  • License plates were reported stolen at 1602 Oak Lane.
  • License plates were reported stolen at 608 Jefferson Ave.
  • Money was reported stolen.

Property damage

  • A window screen was reported damaged at 6120 Cardrona Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
  • Detained/conveyed mentally disordered person was reported.
  • Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
