The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* James R. Stowers, 48, 906 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating an unlicensed vehicle and driving on an expired license.

* Matthew J. Kallmeyer, 21, 1454 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving with no headlights.

* Garrett R. Luttrell, 22, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, a red light violation and speeding.

Arrests

* Kyla C. Smith, 22, 14 N. Fountain St., Apt. S12-B, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of stealing.

* Leonard McAdory, 37, 514 S. Middle St., Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* George H. Triblett, 45, 315 S. Lorimier St., Apt. H, was arrested on suspicion of assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

* Robert K. Scott, 48, 519 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Dylan W. Neal, 20, 1005 Maple St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, assault of a law enforcement officer, being a visibly intoxicated minor and misuse of 911.

* Carla R. Walker, 32, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for animal neglect.

* Samera F. Askaraovna, 30, 107 N. Clark Ave., No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

* Terra E. Fowlkes, 23, 621 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 3, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for dangerous drugs, endangering the welfare of a child and dangerous drugs.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine.

* Jesse C. Wyatt, 35, of Ullin, Ill., William E. Miller, 36, of Ullin, and Evelyn M. Reed, 24, 2819 Whitener St., 4C, were arrested on suspicion of a park curfew violation at Shawnee Park.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges of distributing meth.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges of assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
