The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* William A. Storey, 35, 2808 Themis St., No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Daune J. Smith, 32, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, driving with a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Tyler W. Henes, 26, 2521 Cobblestone Court, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
* Cheryl L. Patterson, 31, of Paducah, Ky., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Brian K. Alexander, 31, of Paducah, Ky., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle with faulty equipment.
* Michael E. Emerson, 39, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear driving with a suspended license.
* Stephen D. Bean, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Helen A. Moore, 18, 130 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Melanie M.L. Logan, 28, 1451 Luce St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Theresa L. Logan, 38, 7 N. Park Drive, was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration.
* Thomas L. Warner, 31, 1306 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting or interfering with arrest.
* Devontrez L. Coleman, 19, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Charleston warrant for failure to appear for possession of a prohibited animal.
* Karrie M. Bowen, 23, of Scott City, received a summons for littering.
* An assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Medication and money were reported stolen at 515 S. Sprigg St.
* Money was reported stolen at 3006 Mimosa Drive.
* A 25-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Resisting arrest and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway with no driver's license was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported.
