Arrests
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges.
* Sunnie E. Epperson, 27, 594 N. Silver Springs Road, No. 106, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for a traffic violation (no child restraint).
* Omar D. Ware, 27, was arrested on a Michigan warrant for parole violation.
* Christopher R. Copeland, 1946 Delwin St., Apt. E, was issued a summons for no insurance.
* Carie S. Rollhuston, 2936 Bella Vista Drive, was issued a summons for violation of a steady red light.
* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
* Robbery, assault, burglary, theft and armed criminal action were reported.
* Burglary and theft were reported.
Thefts
* Theft of medication was reported at 230 Good Hope St.
* Theft of an iPhone 4 was reported at 10 N. Main St.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Theft of general merchandise was reported at Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* Food was reported stolen at Denny's, 161 West Drive.
* Theft of a gift card was reported at 70 Doctors' Park Drive.
* A GPS unit, phone charger and change were reported stolen from a vehicle at 639 S. Spring Ave.
* Theft of a phone was reported at 1834 Broadway.
* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 1701 N. West End Blvd.
* Identity theft was reported at 717 N. Sprigg St.
* A peace disturbance and damage to the driver's side window of a vehicle were reported on West End Boulevard.
* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Tampering with a victim was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at 3049 William St.

* Willie L. Henderson III, 19, of Villa Ridge, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing and probation violation for domestic assault.
* Stephen J. Finn, 38, of Alton, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
* Rayburn Cowan III, no age or address given, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for burglary and theft.
* Jajuan D. Bell, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court for stealing.
* Skip J. Anders, 20, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault and property damage.
* Patrick W. Scholl, 43, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for burglary.
* Leanis A. Collier, 65, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for the sale of a controlled substance.
