The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Victoria Y. Bockstruck, 21, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failure to yield the right of way.
* Delanod T. Stone, 30, 1527 Hill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Alan-Michael D. Heiss, 19, of Bell City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
* Connor P. Kelley, 19, 1409 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* Thomas T. Lang Jr., no age given, of Olmsted, Ill., was issued a summons for driving while suspended, following too close and no insurance.
* Travis R. Johnson, 55, Mound City, Ill., was issued a summons for stealing tools and miscellaneous items at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Burglary, the theft of medications and a purse and damage to a picture frame were reported.
* A license plate tab was reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1606 Mississippi Ave.
* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
* Service was requested.
