Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Michelle D. Medlock, 29, 1525 N. Water St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear and on a Charleston, Mo. warrant for contempt of court.
* Deshante Rassaan Nabors, 19, 2806 Independence St., was arrested on a Sikeston Department of Public Safety warrant for contempt of court for resisting arrest and on a Scott County warrant for failure to obey a judge's orders.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
Summonses
* Danielle I. Alspaugh, 30, 2078 Anthony Drive, received a summons for animal neglect.
* Constance K. Summers, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for shoplifting.
* Kristi S. Lange, 28, 4 N. Pindwood Lane, received a summons for shoplifting.
Assault
* An assault was reported.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* A touchscreen computer was reported stolen and a door was reported damaged at 120 N. Park Ave.
* Theft was reported at 2230 Sussex Drive.
* A GPS unit and chargers were reported stolen at 2501 Leroy.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported items stolen.
Property damage
* The City of Cape Girardeau reported property damage at 1861 N. Water St.
Miscellaneous
* Pink Galleon, 2106 William St., reported counterfeiting.
* A 42-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety reported the following items.
Thefts
* A digital projector was reported stolen from Kent Library.
* Cash was reported stolen from Towers East.
* Cash was reported stolen from Towers East.
