The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Leah D. Wagganer, 19, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting.

* Dana L. Waller, 48, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Leonard McAdory, 37, 514 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and resisting or interfering with arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, property damage and trespassing.

* Danya M. Ross, 24, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for false declaration, on a Malden, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for assault and on a Jackson County, Ill., warrant for fraud.

* Ronald W. Jones, 46, 808 S. Pacific St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Bryan K. Sturm, 32, 285 East St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation for driving under the influence.

Summons

* Robert E. Black, 64, 816 Elm St., received a summons for failure to secure trash containers.

Thefts

* A Nook e-reader and jewelry were reported stolen at 846 Karau Lane.

* Theft was reported at 116 Themis St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 1400 N. Sprigg St.

* A PlayStation, Sidekick Motorola cellphone, DVD player and television were reported stolen at 443 Marie St.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 1839 Ricardo Drive.

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

DWI

* Matthew R. Langland, 19, of St. Louis received a summons for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Ashley N. Boitnott, 25, of Burfordville received a summons for driving while intoxicated.
