CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Iesha Vanette Harris, 38, no address given, was arrested at 535 Siemers Drive on suspicion of stealing.
• Robert Allen Mancillas, 43, no address given, was arrested at 2350 Independence St. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Thomas Fairl Eldridege, 22, no address given, was arrested at 20 N. Spanish St. on suspicion of liquor-law violation.
• Mary L. Edwards, 32, 1020 Independence St., No. 1, was arrested at Hawthorne and Hopper roads on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, striking a legally parked vehicle, no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Hubert R. Bell Jr., 40, 531 S. Hanover St., was arrested at 531 S. Hanover St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.
• Anthony L. Sinks, 39, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested at 401 Minnesota St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for operating an unlicensed vehicle.
• Tyler C. Ford, 24, of Thebes, Illinois, was arrested on two Alexander County, Illinois, warrants for theft over $500 and unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle.
• Manuel E. Semprit, 29, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for suspended operator's license and improper registration.
• Dereke D. Tipler, 33, 916 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, stealing and false declaration.
• Danielle K. Aubuchon, 31, 2851 Whitener St., was arrested at 2021 Independence St. on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, improper turn, leaving the scene of an accident and no operator's license.
• Chatez A. Robinson, 21, 304 Mill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and property damage in connection with damage to house windows and a vehicle trunk and window at 1721 Bloomfield St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of no vehicle registration, assault of a law-enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
• Susan G. Hager, 50, 1101 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Cassandra Bequett, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 826 Elm St.
• Robert L. Parker, 46, of Las Vegas was issued a summons for nuisance declared at 1518 Perryville Road.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Assault was reported.

Thefts

• Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 1105 Independence St.
• A 2005 silver BMW 321, clothing, a skateboard and subwoofers were reported stolen at 630 S. Spring St.

• Trespassing was reported at 519 North St.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• Fraud was reported.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
