DWIs
* Stanley J. Templeton, no age given, of Bertrand, Mo., was cited on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, striking a parked vehicle and no insurance.
* Jessica L. Joiner, 27, 320 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
* Terry L. Smith, 21, 410 N. Mount Auburn Road, Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
* Thomas J. Thornton, 25, 616 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 118, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Robert A. Bailey, 25, 914 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to transfer plates of vehicle.
* Emma B. Hawkins, 44, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Teen Challenge Thrift Store, 61 N. Clark Ave.
* Justin L. Roberts, 25, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.
* Shannon R. Mungle, 49, 307 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of a noise violation and resisting or interfering with arrest.
* Jerry S. Williams, 49, 822 Linden St., was arrested on three Boone County, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations.
* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behaviors injurious to self.
* Two boys, ages 12 and 14, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault while on school property.
* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
* Joy A. Maglone, 35, 800 S. Ellis St., received a summons for failure to secure placement of waste containers.
* Justin S. Burns, 25, 136 Ivory Drive, Lot 161, received a summons for stealing.
* Domestic assault and theft were reported.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 10 S. Spanish St.
* Jewelry was reported stolen at 2229 Derbyshire Lane.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Property damage was reported at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.
* A peace disturbance was reported at 121 East Rodney Drive.
* A violation of general property maintenance and minimum property standards was reported.
