The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Sierra K. Prater, 24, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Mary T. Milam, 27, 1645 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to signal and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* John T. Hiltebeitel, 47, 2832 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Tony S. Smith, 38, 1215 College St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for trespassing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing money at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Naji Hafiz Bin Saeed Almarri, 20, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage.

* Kellen Michael Johnson, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for stealing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Christopher D. Word, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing clothing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Joel K. Day, no age give, 833 Merriwether St., was issued a summons for leaving the scene.

* Patrick A. Keefer, no age given, 1804 Hutson Drive, was issued a summons for improper lane usage, following too close and no insurance.

* Jaime N. Judkens, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.

* Solomon D. Abraham, no age given, 10 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Crystal D. Bollinger, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too close.
