The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Charles Frederick Brown, 38, 317 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and child endangerment.

* Murray M. Grace, 57, 1814 Thilenius St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Eric Tyrone, 42, 922 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Dustin Joe Wondrick, 22, 501 Louis St., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Mark S. Vanmatre, 55, 1749 West Point Place, received a summons for displaying merchandise on city streets.

* Samuel Sparks, 69, 1232 S. Pacific St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash.

Thefts

* Cash was reported stolen at 1622 N. Kingshighway.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3259 William St.

* A radar detector, cash and a money order were reported stolen at 3040 Keystone Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Two washers, two dryers, a hot water heater, refrigerator, stove and other items were reported stolen at 304 Mill St.

* A TV and an Xbox 360 were reported stolen at 3019 Themis St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported liquor stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 902 Jefferson Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 62-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
