The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Jamie A. Hann, 31, 1406 Bessie St., was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated.
* Nathan E. Smith, 30, 509 Bellevue St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering and burglary.
* Cedric J. Lucious, 23, 431 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for harassment.
* Heather R. Pittman, 25, 616 Locust St., was arrested on suspicion of a noise violation.
* A 12-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of curfew violation and being a runaway juvenile.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery, possession of marijuana, failure to display plates, driving while revoked and no insurance.
* Sara J. Bartels, 37, and Anita N. Freeman, 17, both of Advance, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Margaret A. McPherson, 45, 49 N. Park Drive, received a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Domestic assault, property damage and endangering the welfare of a child were reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A burglary and the theft of clothing, televisions, a DVD player, household goods and furniture were reported at 1015 Bloomfield St.
* A burglary, the theft of medications and televisions and damage to a window were reported at 26 N. Hanover St.
* Glasses, an iPod charger, money, a piggy bank and a flashlight were reported stolen at 3120 Themis St.
* A blue 2007 Yamaha scooter was reported stolen at 611 Lafayette Place.
* A window was reported damaged at 629 Broadway.
