Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* James R. Stowers, 46, of Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* John J. Hunze, 34, 1815 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jimmie J. Lindell, 57, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.
* Nakasha W. Fisher, 31, 1013 Village Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Kenneth T. Tucker, 19, 1117 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol, resisting lawful detention and assault on law enforcement.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
Summonses
* Johanna K. Snider, 19, 1814 Good Hope St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Cynthia J. Rulo, 21, 37 S. Benton St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Phyllis E. Grigsby, 56, 5 S. Hanover St., received a summons for a leash-law violation, no city animal license and animal declared vicious.
Assaults
* Forcible sodomy was reported.
* Two assaults were reported.
Thefts
* ACDs were reported stolen at Independence and Main streets.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 1435 Cousin St.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
* A computer and power cord were reported stolen at 2849 Themis St.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 137 S. Spanish St.
Burglary
* A burglary and theft of televisions, a Play Station 3, controllers and a Bluetooth device were reported at 515 S. Sprigg St.
Property damage
* A window was reported broken at 107 Clark Ave.
* Medicap Pharmacy, 1020 N. Kingshighway, reported a broken window.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 905 Hickory St.
Miscellaneous
* A 29-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Four instances of peace disturbance were reported.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* An 18-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
