CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Taylor D. Kitners, 21, 824 Bellevue St., was arrested at Broadway and North Main Street on suspicion of DWI.
• Sara D. Rucker, 36, of Millersville was arrested at 612 S. Sprigg St. on a warrant for probation violation for dangerous drugs.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance at 1701 Lacey St.

Summonses

• Amado A. Meza, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault at 430 N. Frederick St.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A cellphone was reported stolen from a motor vehicle at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• An LG Stylus was reported stolen at 611 N. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

• Request for service was reported.
• Harassment was reported at 1310 Brookshire Road.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported at 2105 Timothy Circle.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported at 2027 Broadway.
