The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Amy J. Ayers, 33, of Covington, Ga., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Sean K. Poole, 28, 1111 Harmony St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* William S. Smith, 34, 1736 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Eric L. Davis, 20, 312 W. Lorimier St., Apt. B302, was issued two summonses for prohibited acts/noises.

* Tabitha C. Brown, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.

* Daniel R. Ellinghouse, no age given, 2905 Bernice St., was issued a summons for following too close.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A 7-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of a Blu-ray surround system, television, media storage towers and TV trays.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* American Motors, 915 Broadway, reported theft.

* Cape First Church, reported theft at 1148 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* Hi-Tech Communications, 2215 Broadway, reported damage to windows on vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* Assist other agency was requested.

* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 5-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance and behavior injurious to self or others.

* A 9-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
