The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Brett M. Halbert, 22, 1821 Marietta St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and not having insurance.

Arrests

* Dalton W. Burns, 19, 338 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Dylan W. Quertermous, 20, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of walking in the street, littering and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* James R. Stowers, 48, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 101, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Larricus E. Nolen, 23, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 415, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Mattie J. Rider, 27, 2842 Whitener St., Apt. A4, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for probation violation for theft and on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of violation of order of protection.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault, property damage, resisting and interfering with arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.

Thefts

* An air conditioner unit was reported stolen at 1903 Montgomery St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* A black-and-silver scooter was reported stolen at 239 N. Middle St.
