DWI

* Derek Lee Vaughn, 29, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jennifer Lynn Waters, 20, 2 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* John Paul Bowers, 30, 1146 S. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Whitney Elizabeth Hamlett, 23, 1712 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Stealing was reported.

* A theft was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1421 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

* Child endangerment was reported.

* A protection order was reported violated.

* A 55-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
