The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Steven Michael Johnson, 34, 49 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* David Wayne Williams, 40, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for attempted assault on a law enforcement officer.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of property damage.
* Raynisha L. Jones, 20, 809 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault, prohibited acts and property damage.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on law enforcement.
* Kayla M. Lawrence, 22, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
* Kyle Christopher Bailey, 20, 24 Village Drive, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
* Tommy Louis Berra, 20, 24 Village Drive, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
* Robert Gramlisch, no age given, 3120 Themis St., Apt. C, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
* Shirley Ramos, 58, 601 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 1, was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance.
* Jesse N. Peeler, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
* Jeffrey L. Stricker, no age given, 507 Washington Ave., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* An iPad and case were reported stolen at 330 N. Sprigg St.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported an air-duster and other items stolen.
* A vehicle title and registration and a check book were reported stolen at 1526 Whitner St.
* Burglary and the theft of copper plumbing were reported at 337 N. Ellis St.
* A 54-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
