The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Ryan L. Adams, no age given, 517 Vincent Ave., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, no insurance and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Arrests

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Latonya N. Mackins, 31, 510 N. Fountain St., No. 9, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Ryan W. Glover, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Jennifer Lynn Biler, 27, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 310, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at AT&T Retail, 3363 Gordonville Road.

* Justin L. Roberts, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no operator's license.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, resisting arrest and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Peddie P. Houston, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

* Emma J. Meraz, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for an improper lane change.

* Heather E. Wingo, no age given, 3007 Kage Road, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Misty D. Morris, 39, 1521 Whitener St., was issued a summons for an animal at large and failure to possess or display animal license.

* Burglary and the theft of a leaf blower, extension cord, chain saw, crowbar and reciprocating saw were reported at 2000 Cape LaCroix Road.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Theft of a wallet was reported at 536 S. Spring Ave.

* Theft of a purse was reported at 412 S. Spring Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* Property damage and violation of order of protection were reported.

* Damage to a front door was reported at 1115 Bloomfield St.

Miscellaneous

* Sexual misconduct was reported.

* Violation of order of protection was reported.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court and Maurica T. Garret, 17, 1021 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for a peace disturbance at Central High School, 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
