* Cale Tomas Garcia, 22, 537 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Aspen Manuel Marler, 35, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Jennifer Lynn Morgan, 29, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant.

* Entwoin Isom Johnson, 34, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Joshua Robert Smith, 19, 430 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of intentionally inhaling solvents.

Summons

* John Curtis Spalding, 24, of Villa Ridge, Ill., received a summons for littering.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged and stealing was reported at 2843 Whitener St.

* A window and screen were reported damaged at 841 Rodney Vista Blvd.

* A burglary was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* A 27-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man were placed in protective custody.

* A 37-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were placed in protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 325 N. Kingshighway.
