DWI

• Jonathan Cano, 27, Cape Girardeau, cited for alleged driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Corey Roberts, 29, Cape Girardeau, arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear on a charge of driving on a suspected license.
• Russell Franke, 76, Cape Girardeau, arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant.
• Jessica Colyer, 24, Scott City, arrested on Scott County warrant.
• Eddie Chambers, 59, of Cape Girardeau, arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Assault

• Assault was reported at 816 Good Hope St.
• Assault was reported at 513 S. Middle St.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at Cape Auto Sales, 1238 Meadowbrook Lane.

Miscellaneous

• Possession of a controlled substance was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
