The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Terrance A. West, 19, of Hayti Heights, Missouri, was arrested on six Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, no insurance, stop-sign violations and striking a legally stopped vehicle.
  • Darion T. Harris, 18, 1138 S. Pacific St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for probation revocation (possession of a controlled substance) and for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Michael J. Sherrod, 26, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on three Scott County warrants for probation violation.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing a wallet, two-way radio, mini camera and knives at 535 Siemers Drive.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing vodka at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
  • Tristin L. Ligons, 18, 1003 William St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • Rebecca Kaye Davis, 27, of Tamms, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for leaving the scene, a Scott County warrant for failure to appear, a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud, a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for fraud, a Wayne County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear and a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant for fraud.
