The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Landers Whitcomb Sr., 47, 3030 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 17, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay a fine for driving while revoked.

* John Henry Harris II, 31, 908 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Naji Hafiz Bin Saeed Almarri, 21, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage.

* Argentry Lee Marshall, 46, 1111 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summonses

* Laura A. Hopkins, no age given, of Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* James C. Pollock, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Alexandra A. Postlewait, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Henry Lamont Hawkins, 19, 155 Bellevue St., No. 1, was issued a summons for stealing.

* Sydney L. Short, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Thefts

* An iPhone and case were reported stolen.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 301 Clark Avenue.

* A wallet and contents were reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* A laptop computer was reported stolen at 3805 Carolewood Drive.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Clothing, shoes, medication, a blowdryer and a curling iron were reported stolen at 417 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

* Hawaii Nails, 53 S. Plaza Way, reported forgery.
