The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Tamara L. Ruch, 52, 7920 Highway 72, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Matthew Butrum, no age given, 1812 Delwin St. was arrested on suspicion of theft at Sears, 330 Siemers Drive.

* Isiah Mathis, 29, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court.

* Gene Wren, 33, 633 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Eric Dean Kent, 31, of Jonesboro, Ark., was arrested on a Jonesboro warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, kidnapping, aggravated assault, terroristic threatening and theft and on a Paragould, Ark., warrant for receiving stolen property and fleeing.

* Cody Lee Monahan, 29, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested by Chaffee Police Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Thomas J. Thornton, 36, 616 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 118, was arrested on suspicion of harassment.

* Jacqueline Y. Kittleson, 24, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for dangerous drugs.

* Leslie H. Allgood, 34, 2541 Janet Drive, was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for rule to show cause and speeding.

* Edward F. Roberts, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Michael L. Hill Jr., 51, 818 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.

Summons

* Heather D. Dieffenbach, 19, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 29, was issued a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.

Assault

* Assault and robbery were reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft were reported at 1337 N. Spanish St.

* Burglary and assault were reported.

* Theft was reported.

* Theft of medication was reported at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

Property damage

* Damage to an iPhone and rear view mirror were reported at 61 Doctor's Park.

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at South West End Boulevard and Merriwether Street.

Miscellaneous

* Violation of order of protection was reported.

* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* Dennis J. Luecke Jr., 20, of Wentzville, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

* Christopher A. Ban, 19, of St. Louis was issued a summons for a narcotics violation.

* Mohamed L. Rahman Nazir, 18, of St. Louis was issued a summons for a narcotics violation.

Assault

* Assault of law enforcement officer was reported.
