  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law-enforcement officer and resisting arrest at 2765 Hawthorne Road.
  • Misty M. Hengst, no age given, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Haylee K. McAtee, no age given, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

  • Naif M. Gharni, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle at U.S. 61 and Route K.
  • Donald E. Wilson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for not having insurance and failing to drive in traffic lanes at Themis and Hazel streets.
  • Oscar D. Moore of Okolona, Mississippi, was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right half of the road at southbound Route AB entrance on Interstate 55.
