The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jonathan Latimore, 41, 536 S. Pacific St. was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear.
• Tavious L. Tipler, 17, 815 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property, resisting/interfering with arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.
• Tonya R. Friga, 43, 2557 Copperfield Court, was arrested on a Charleston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for obstructing police.
• Kristi M. Donaldson, 38, 1658 Westwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

• Alex B. Wixel, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Scott D. Penny, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to drive within the lane of traffic.
• Leah T. Hanks, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• Amy L. Leger, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a city animal license violation and animal neglect.
• Susan T. Smith, no age given, of McClure, Illinois, was issued a summons for following too closely.

Thefts

• A purse was reported stolen at 2557 Copperfield Court.
• Stealing was reported at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

Miscellaneous

• A request for service was reported.
• Fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported at 325 N. Kingshighway.
