  • Jonathan Latimore, 41, 536 S. Pacific St. was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Tavious L. Tipler, 17, 815 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property, resisting/interfering with arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Tonya R. Friga, 43, 2557 Copperfield Court, was arrested on a Charleston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for obstructing police.
  • Kristi M. Donaldson, 38, 1658 Westwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
