DWI

* Mark Allan Messmer, 38, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.

Arrests

* James Stuart Weber, 44, 522 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Maximilian Eugene Smith, 24, 114 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear, a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation and an Ohio probation violation warrant.

* Evan D. Tillman, 18, 611 Broadridge Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of tampering.

* Michael B. Glenn, 24, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Carlos R. Miniel, 18, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Charles A. Robinson, 35, 23 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at Interstate 55 and Highway 74.

* Gourmet Foods, 1249 S. Kingshighway, reported a freezer damaged.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment and stalking were reported.

* A 17-year-old boy was placed in protective custody.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Brendon W. Max, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

* Roger L. Fadlor, 48, of Friedheim, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

* Brian K. Magill, 53, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Robert J. Schlotter, 42, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Toriano D. Reese, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license and possession of marijuana, Ste. Genevieve County warrants for failure to appear for speeding, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, driving while intoxicated, and a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for driving with a revoked license.
