Cape Girardeau police report 2/10/15

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Lynetta Thelma Duff, 20, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for property damage.
• Jayson Matthew Grigsby, 31, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.
• Kenya Marie Brown, 23, 2843 Whitener St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for stealing and a warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

• Bradley Shay Lucas, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing.
• Keith E. Morris, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Thefts

• Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 1116 Landgraf Drive.
• A check was reported stolen at 2568 Abbey Road.
• A handgun was reported stolen at 2828 Bevin Drive.
• Two girls, age 13 and 14, were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
• A red, black and white bicycle was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

• A 48-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
