The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Emanuel C. Harris, 30, 1601 Bessie St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for failure to pay sewer bill.

* Alandis J. Jones, 21, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and property damage.

* Evan D. Tillman, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest and stealing.

* Brandon E. Dean, 21, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* A subject was in custody, pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and failure to have a license plate light.

* Hui Ling Li, 20, of Imperial, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.

* David Roundtree-Bey, 47, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

Summonses

* Rhonda E. Keibler, 23, of Thebes, Ill., received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Melissa Michelle Estes, 39, of Parkway Heights, received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 822 Linden St.

* A television was reported stolen at 2810 Whitener St.

Property damage

* A vehicle's rear window was reported damaged at 420 S. Missouri Ave.

* The lawn at 2921 Perryville Road was reported damaged.

* A vehicle's tires were reported damaged at 1400 David St.

Miscellaneous

* A 51-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 58-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Trespassing was reported at 735 William St.
