CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Margaret S. Krynock-Kelly, 47, of Morley, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Justin L. Pinkerton, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Seth A. Barnhart, 18, 537 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* James E. Pratt, 32, 1021 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

Assaults

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, burglary and armed criminal action.

* Assault was reported at Perry Avenue and Park Drive.

Thefts

* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported at 60 Doctors' Park Drive.

* Macy's, 3049 William Street, reported clothing was stolen.

* A vehicle key was reported stolen at 3442 Glenview Drive.

* A necklace and money were reported stolen at 3442 Glenview Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* Property damage was reported at 100 Broadway.

* Tampering and property damage were reported at 1973 David St.

Miscellaneous

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.
