DWI
* Eucario S. Villasenor, 22, 3118 Westfield Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and speeding.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.
* Verna D. Noah, 41, 424 Mason St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, assault, unlawful use of a weapon and careless and imprudent driving.
* Amado P. Velasco, 25, 3001 Themis St., Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of no operator's license.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Amy R. White, 30, 1106 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Michael P. McCoy, Jr., 39, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
* Trever L. Johnson, 21, of Commerce, Mo., received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Ashley A. Williams, 26, 608 Sycamore Circle, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on right half of the road.
* Nichele J. Turner, 23, 336 N. Sprigg St., received a summons for placement of waste containers.
* Qdoba, 3019 William St., reported a burglary and theft.
* A Pantech cellphone was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
* The Crowe Gallery, 13 S. Spanish St., reported property damage.
