The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Terry Otis Seymour, 50, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Taney County warrant for nonsupport.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items.

DWI

* Timothy Cowell, 25, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Ethan M. Bridgewater, 20, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Crystal Miller, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault charges.

* Curtis Wills, 57, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* Brian R. Derry, 50, of Lakewood, Colo., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* William A. Rainwater, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
