Arrest

* Aaron Laughlin, 29, 218 William St., was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

Summonses

* Willie Newbern, no age given, 106 Enclave Circle, was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Garrett Welker, no age given, 1224 William St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Nicholas Cooper, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Jimmy Batson, 44, of Jackson was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

* Brandon Niederkorn, 20, of Piedmont, Mo., was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

* Kelsie Hale, 19, 323 Michael Drive, was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

* Duncan McKinley, 18, 1930 Robin Hood Circle, was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

* Heather Bingaman, 20, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

Stealing

* Merchandise was reported stolen from Woodland Trails, 3049 William St.
