  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property at 1918 N. Kingshighway.

  • Brian W. Dempsey, 33, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
