  • Two juveniles, a girl and a boy, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of indecent exposure.
  • Kody C. Stewart, 17, 4731 Highway 74, was arrested on suspicion of robbery, stealing and armed criminal action.
  • Richard L. Chandler, 34, 123 N. Clark Ave., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Susan G. Hager, 48, 1010 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, failure to use hand and mechanical signals and displaying plates of another person.
  • Tristen B. Grable, 18, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Mark E. Strange, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

  • Jamie W. Donner, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to drive within a single lane.
  • Jennifer L. Abernathy, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Jessica N. Page, no age given, of Kennett, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking the rear of a legally stopped vehicle.
  • Jessica D. Davis, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
  • Hali M. Rodgers, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for assault and stealing clothing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

  • Kenneth D. Cornwell Jr., 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Sean M. Labrot, 24, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
